Drinking orange juice for breakfast is good for your health.

According to reports, researchers at the University of Buffalo invited 30 volunteers aged 20 to 40 to participate in the experiment. The scientists divided the volunteers into three groups. The daily breakfast provides them with the same diet but with different drinks. The beverage for the first group of volunteers was syrup, the second group was boiled water, and the third group was freshly squeezed orange juice. After the meal is over, the scientists will conduct blood tests on the volunteers after 1 hour, 3 hours and 5 hours.

The experimental results showed that a group of volunteers who drank orange juice had the least amount of glucose in the blood and increased the immunity of the substance. Therefore, the scientists concluded that drinking orange juice for breakfast is good for your health. But at the same time, scientists suggest that it is best to use a straw when drinking orange juice to avoid corrosion of the enamel.
