For most people, sweet and sour, aroma-scented strawberries are a kind of “temptation” that can’t be resisted. Unfortunately, not everyone can enjoy this kind of deliciously.

There are many small seeds on the surface of the strawberries. These fruit seeds are mostly fibrous and cannot be digested and absorbed by the intestines. They stimulate the intestinal peristalsis and promote the excretion of intestinal contents faster. Because people with daily dietary fiber deficiency and constipation problems are very suitable for eating strawberries. However, those who are weaker in the stomach, have too little stomach acid, are prone to diarrhea when eating, and even think that people who want to go to the bathroom when drinking cold water are not suitable for eating more strawberries, otherwise it will cause diarrhea. When eating diarrhea, you should also eat less seeded fruits such as kiwi, dragon fruit, mulberry, melon, grapes, and watermelon.

Strawberry taste is cold, and female friends who are prone to dysmenorrhea should not eat too much during menstruation, so as not to aggravate dysmenorrhea. Strawberry oxalate calcium content is higher, patients with urinary calculi caused by calcium oxalate should also reduce the amount of food.
