Cinnamon is a commonly used seasoning, with aroma and scent. In Japan, cinnamon is also used to remove bad breath.
Steven Palet, author of “Healthy Morphology of Superfoods”, has also explained that cinnamon has a significant bactericidal effect, killing bacteria that may cause poisoning in the food and microorganisms that damage the respiratory system.
People with bad breath can try to rinse their mouth with cinnamon. Boil about 2 cups of water, then add a piece of cinnamon and cook for about 5 minutes. After cooling, put it in a clean container. After breakfast and dinner, drink a big mouth and put it in your mouth for 1 minute. The lips make the cinnamon water fully contact with the teeth and gums in the mouth, and repeatedly wash all parts of the mouth; then rinse the mouth with water. This can reduce the amount of bacteria in the mouth and thus achieve the purpose of cleaning the mouth. Need to be reminded that cinnamon contains carcinogenic scutellaria, can not drink into the stomach. In addition, the moldy cinnamon is not available.
